Ilam Village Apartments
Ilam Village is a self-catered Hall of Residence which is made up of 174 apartments. Ilam Village is suitable for students who are doing courses which are of longer duration, such as for one year, as they only accept applications for a 42 week contract. Note: The National Trade Academy is not responsible for and does not arrange your accommodation. You will be invoiced for your accommodation by the accommodation provider and not the Academy.
Also note: As experiencing farm work is an important part of the course, you will require 6 weeks accommodation on a farm, organised by Student Links NZ during the course.
