Accommodation
There are three options for accommodation while you are studying in New Zealand. Please contact one of the accommodation providers below to arrange your accommodation. For contact details, visit their websites.
Homestay
Student Links NZ is a specialist and experienced homestay company (http://www.studentlinks.co.nz). Its service includes homestay, student care and guardianship.
Ilam Village Apartments
Ilam Village is a self-catered Hall of Residence which is made up of 174 apartments. Ilam Village is suitable for students who are doing courses which are of longer duration, such as for one year, as they only accept applications for a 42 week contract. Own arrangements
If you wish to make your own living arrangements, you will need to inform us of the details on the enrolment form.
Note: The National Trade Academy is not responsible for and does not arrange your accommodation. You will be invoiced for your accommodation by the accommodation provider and not the Academy.
Also note: As experiencing farm work is an important part of the course, you will require 6 weeks accommodation on a farm, organised by Student Links NZ during the course.
